Lift up the pet's ear. Place the tip at the entry of the ear canal and fill it with the lotion. Massage the base of the ear in order to mix possible debris with the lotion. Let your pet shake its head. It will help debris to come out. Wipe off any surplus product and debris (do not use a Qtip but use a cotton ball).
