This product is intended for supplemental or intermittent feeding only. When possible the puppy should nurse from the mother for a minimum of 2 days following birth. Small breed puppies should be fed every 3-4 hours. Large breed puppies should be fed every 6-8 hours. Feed solution at or near body temperature (100-105°F) at a rate of 2 tbsp (1 oz) of solution per 4 oz of body weight per day. The daily feeding amount should be divided evenly among the feedings.

Mixing Directions: Mix 1 part Milk Replacement with 2 parts warm water (110 - 120° F). Do not use a blender. Reconstituted formula may be refrigerated up to 24 hours. Discard portion not fed within this time. Opened powder can be kept refrigerated for up to 3 months and fr ozen for up to 6 months.
