Using a standard 8 oz/250 ml measuring cup which contains approximately 90 g of HA Hydrolyzed Salmon Flavor Canine Formula. The following feeding program is recommended as a guideline only, with discretionary clinical adjustments for proper weight maintenance. With your veterinarian's approval, offer increasing amounts of the new food with decreasing amounts of the old food.
Puppy Feeding Instructions: Feed your puppies all of the food they will consume, up to twice the amount of adult dogs, at intervals throughout the day. The food intake required to maintain ideal body condition may vary depending on age, activity and environment. Consequently, the amount of food required for each dog will vary and should be adjusted accordingly. Provide adequate fresh water in a clean container daily. For your pet's health, see your veterinarian regularly. Your veterinarian has recommended this feeding schedule for your dog's special needs.
Although you'll be anxious to see the difference Pro Plan can make in your dog, please allow 7 - 10 days to ease the transition from your dog's current food. Each day, simply feed a little less of the previous food and a little more Pro Plan until you're feeding Pro Plan exclusively. This gradual transition will help avoid dietary upsets.
